Stainless steel blade and locking spike (blade does not lock). Comes boxed. The humpback whale scrimshaw is based on a photograph by Whit Welles.The compass rose is a good luck charm so the sailor will find their way home. Back is blank. Scrimshawed by Andrew Perkins, initials and year on artwork. As each knife scale is hand made of natural material, differences in the patina, pattern and coloring will occur.
